Techys designs and implements local and hybrid AI systems, integrations and related digital services for businesses. This Privacy Policy applies to Techys-operated applications and integrations unless a specific service provides a more specific notice.

2 · SCOPE

Authorized platform integrations

Techys applications may connect to third-party services through OAuth, platform APIs or similar authorization mechanisms. These services may include LinkedIn, Meta services such as Facebook and Instagram, Google services, and other providers selected by an authorized user or organization.

Techys only requests permissions reasonably necessary for the functionality being enabled. A connected platform remains subject to its own privacy policy, terms and independent processing practices.

3 · INFORMATION

Information we may receive

The exact information depends on the platform, permissions granted and features used. It may include account or member identifiers; name and basic profile information; email address when a provider makes it available under an authorized scope; organization, Page, Business, Channel or account information; information needed to determine what resources a user is authorized to manage; content or metadata that the user expressly asks the integration to access, create, publish or manage; engagement, analytics or performance information made available by the provider; OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens or related authentication information; and technical logs needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.

Techys does not request or store a user's LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or Google password. Password entry and primary authentication occur with the applicable platform provider.

4 · PURPOSE

How information is used

Information may be used to authenticate an authorized user; connect accounts, Pages, organizations, channels or other resources; determine which resources the user is permitted to manage; create, schedule, publish, retrieve or manage content when specifically authorized; retrieve analytics or performance information when permitted; run user-requested workflows and integrations; provide AI-assisted processing requested by the user; maintain security, permissions and auditability; diagnose technical problems; and comply with applicable legal or platform requirements.

Platform data is not used for unrelated purposes simply because access exists.

5 · AI PROCESSING

Use of AI systems

Some Techys services may use AI or language-model systems to process information as part of functionality requested by an authorized user, such as classification, summarization, retrieval, content preparation or automation. Depending on the implementation, processing may occur on local infrastructure, private infrastructure or selected third-party services.

Where a workflow sends information to a third-party AI provider, that transfer must be part of the configured service and subject to the applicable provider terms and safeguards. Techys does not use connected-platform personal data to train a general-purpose public model unless that use is separately disclosed and expressly authorized.

6 · AUTHORIZATION

User control and revocation

Access to platform information is based on the provider's authorization mechanisms. Users choose whether to connect an account and what permissions to approve. Authorization can generally be withdrawn from the provider's own account settings or by asking Techys to disconnect the integration.

Revoking access may disable features that depend on that connection. Techys will not attempt to bypass a provider's authorization controls.

7 · ACTIONS

Publishing and external actions

If an integration is granted permission to publish, modify content, access business resources or perform another external action, Techys uses that capability only for functionality authorized by the user or organization. Connecting an account does not provide unrestricted control over it.

8 · STORAGE

Retention and credentials

Techys retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the authorized functionality, maintain security, satisfy applicable platform requirements or meet legal obligations. OAuth tokens and similar credentials are treated as confidential information and are protected using reasonable technical safeguards.

When information is no longer necessary, authorization is withdrawn, or deletion is required, applicable information is deleted or anonymized as appropriate. Limited backup copies may remain temporarily until normal backup rotation completes.

9 · SHARING

Personal information is not sold

Techys does not sell personal information obtained through LinkedIn, Meta, Google or other authorized integrations. Techys does not provide connected-platform personal data to data brokers or use it to create unrelated advertising profiles.

Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary with infrastructure or technology providers supporting the requested service; with another service explicitly selected as part of an authorized workflow; to comply with law or legal process; to investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents; to protect users, Techys or third parties; or when otherwise authorized by the user or organization.

10 · DELETION

Data deletion and disconnection

Users may request deletion of eligible personal information stored by Techys and may revoke a connected application's authorization through the applicable platform's account settings.

Detailed deletion instructions are available at Data Deletion Instructions →. After a valid request is verified, Techys deletes applicable information within a reasonable period, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute and backup-retention obligations.

11 · RIGHTS

Access, correction and other requests

Subject to applicable law, users may request access to personal information held about them, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of certain processing, withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, and information about how their personal information is being used.

12 · SECURITY

Reasonable safeguards

Techys uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse. Authentication credentials, API secrets and OAuth tokens are not intentionally exposed in publicly accessible client-side code.

No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

13 · INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

Service infrastructure may cross borders

Technology providers used to operate Techys services may process information in countries other than the user's country. Where required by applicable law, reasonable safeguards are used for international transfers.

14 · CHILDREN

Not intended for children

Techys business applications and platform integrations are not directed to children, and Techys does not knowingly collect children's personal information through these business integrations.

15 · UPDATES

Changes to this policy

Techys may update this Privacy Policy when services, integrations, legal requirements or platform requirements change. The current version will remain available at this URL and the last-updated date will identify the latest revision.
